FIRST LEGO League Challenge (Off-Season)

Short Description

         "FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge" (Off-Season) is organized as part of the off-season preparation. The purpose of competition is to provide participants with teamwork skills, friendly competition, professional sensitivity, critical thinking, communication, etc. It is about mastering 21st century skills that are considered important. In addition, one of the main goals of the program is for the participants to have fun both during the preparation process and during the tournament days.

          On the day of the tournament, the teams present their project to the judges according to the theme of each year. The FIRST LEGO League Challenge program for the 2023 - 2024 season has been announced as the worldwide theme MASTER PIECE℠.

Requirements

Team Line-Up: 3 students and 1 mentor

Age Limit: 10-15 (Age as on December 1, 2023 is considered.)

Deadline of Registration: October 15

This competition is held unofficially.

Each of these four equally weighted parts of FIRST
LEGO League Challenge accounts (Robot Desigin, Robot Game, İnnovation Project, Core Values) 

for 25 percent of your total performance.

Selection Rounds for the FLL Challenge (Off-Season) category will be held from October 30 to November 5, 2023.

Baku selection round will be held on October 30 - November 1 at the STEAM Innovation Center. (Information about the exact hours will be sent to the personal offices of the teams.)
The regional selection round will be held at STEAM Centers on November 2-5. (Information about the STEAM Center and exact hours will be sent to the personal offices of the teams.)

Only the team and the team leader can participate in the selection rounds.
